The Luminary Travel Policy was created to reduce financial barriers for individuals and organizations to attend Luminary Activities. 

We ask that all attendees work to gain funding from their organizations or companies, but we acknowledge there may be extenuating circumstances where that may not be an option. If that is the case please see details of our travel policy below, you are encouraged to apply for the assistance you need to participate. 

Representatives from Large Organizations 

• Due to our limited financial capacity we are not able to fund participants from large organizations. 
• The participant or organization will be responsible for all travel, meals (not provided during the event)  and accommodation expenses associated with the event. 
• Reduced accommodation rates are available at the hotel/venue associated with the event.

** Please note that special circumstances may allow for individuals from large organizations to be accepted for financial assistance, please apply and we will assess individual cases. 

  Individuals, Students, Representatives from Small Organizations

• If you are attending as a student, an individual, or a representative from a small organization (20 employees or fewer) and you require financial assistance to attend, please apply, and Luminary may be able to provide some financial assistance to support your participation.
